MorHerbal Exchange and Return Policy
- Timeframe
The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within a period of no less than 4 days and no more than 15 days from the date of receipt of the order (the first day being the first day after delivery). - Conditions for Exchange or Return
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and unopened, with all accessories and packaging.
The product will be inspected by the MorHerbal team to ensure it meets these conditions. - Exceptions
Requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Opened, used, or unpackaged products.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Custom-designed products or customized products.
- Health or personal care products.
- Specialty products (e.g., fresh flowers, cakes, vouchers, gift boxes).
- Shipping and Costs
The customer will bear the shipping costs for the returned product, in addition to the shipping from the store.
In the event of a return of the original free shipping, the customer will be charged the shipping cost upon return or exchange.
- Procedures for Submission

Provide the order number, product details, and justification for the request.
Our team will recommend the shipping method and the receipt of the returned product.
- Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the product, and will be returned using the same payment method used. - Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product for another available product or request a replacement:
Select the new product from the website.
Complete the order as new.
The product will be shipped and you will receive the change or pay the difference according to the price.
- Delaying Returns or Delivery
If you are unable to receive the product within the specified period, you may contact us for a limited, exceptional extension, at MorHerbal”s discretion.
